Fulcrum #83: BITCOIN
Ethel Baraona Pohl and César Reyes Nájera

“We shouldn’t perceive Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies as money, but as warnings to the capitalist market and the nation state.”

Fulcrum was founded in 2010, and is dedicated to “pursuing architecture and the third millennium”. With a weekly circulation in excess of 6,000 it is the most read student publication about architecture in the world. It has been widely exhibited, most recently at the British Pavilion for the 2012 Venice Architecture Biennale. Its contributors comprise well-known architects, philosophers, scientists, artists and economists, as well as a diverse range of young writers – many of whom have never been previously published.

It is edited by Jack Self.
